During a rally in Great Falls, Montana, on Thursday, President Trump claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin was “fine” despite his past career with the KGB. After telling the crowd that getting along with Russia, China, and North Korea was a “good thing,” he mocked the critics of his upcoming meeting with the Russian leader. Those critics say “‘President Putin is KGB’ and this and that. You know what? Putin’s fine,” he said. He also announced that he would reveal his Supreme Court pick to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy at 9 p.m. on Monday. The president later launched attacks on the press and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) during the speech, calling journalists “bad people” and telling attendees he would give $1 million to Warren, whom he referred to as “Pocahontas,” if she would take a DNA test to prove she had Native American heritage.
