In a rare news conference Wednesday, President Trump said he could still change his mind about Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh depending on what happens at the public hearing scheduled Thursday. “I can always be convinced,” he said. “It’s possible I’ll hear [the allegations] and I’ll say, I’m changing my mind!” Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, who’s accused the Supreme Court nominee of sexually assaulting her in high school, are expected to testify about the allegations in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday. The president also refused to call the three women accusing Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct liars, saying that the accusations were “all false to [him]. These are false accusations in certain cases.”
