A lawyer for the Trump Organization reportedly signed two legal documents linked to the effort to keep adult-film star Stormy Daniels silent about an alleged affair with President Donald Trump. According to NBC News, Jill A. Martin signed the documents last month, as the White House continues to deny that Trump himself was made aware of the $130,000 payment made to Daniels before the 2016 election and orchestrated by longtime Trump lawyer Michael Cohen. “The Trump Organization is not representing anyone and, with the exception of one of its California-based attorneys in her individual capacity facilitating the initial filing pending the pro hac admission of Mr. Rosen, the company has had no involvement in the matter,” the Trump Organization said in a statement, referring to Cohen’s lawyer Lawrence Rosen.
