President Trump said Monday that he supports the release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s full report. “Up to the attorney general,” he said when asked about the final report during a White House event with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. “Wouldn’t bother me at all.” House Democrats have already called for the Justice Department to release the full report “without delay.” On Sunday, Attorney General William Barr released a summary with key findings from Mueller’s report, which found no evidence of collusion between team Trump and Russia, and insufficient evidence to file obstruction charges against Trump.
When asked Monday if Mueller had acted honorably during his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, Trump–who has repeatedly referred to the probe as a “witch hunt”—replied, “Yes, he did.”
