President Donald Trump expressed skepticism at an alarming new climate report, which warned governments that they must act now to prevent a global catastrophe. “It was given to me. And I want to look at who drew it,” Trump said of the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report released Monday. “You know, which group drew it. I can give you reports that are fabulous and I can give you reports that aren't so good.” The report concluded that “rapid, far-reaching and unprecedented changes in all aspects of society” and an average investment of “$2.4 trillion” are required in order to keep temperatures from rising another 1.5 degrees. The Trump administration also released a plan yesterday allowing the sales of a certain ethanol-gasoline blend that is known to cause pollution.
