President Trump and Jared Kushner are preparing to host Kanye West at the White House on Thursday, The New York Times reports. West will reportedly meet with Kushner before sitting down for lunch with the president, according to two sources cited by the Times. While West and Trump have been known to praise each other on Twitter, the meeting is expected to focus on the rapper’s desire to discuss improving job opportunities for former convicts and how to boost manufacturing jobs in his hometown of Chicago.
