According to a new sheriff’s department report, Santa Barbara shooter Elliot Rodger, who killed six people last spring, planned on going on a rampage for more than a year. The report contains details on everything from his toxicology tests (at the time of his self-inflicted death, Rodger had caffeine and two psycho-active drugs in his system) to his recent Internet searches (he had shown in interest in Hitler and Nazis and looked up ways to “silently kill” with a knife). The report says several pillows on Rodger’s bed had stab marks in the pillow cases and 24 videos on his phone included clips of eavesdropping on his UCSB housemates. Rodger left behind a 137-page manifesto in which he detailed how he felt shunned by women and wanted revenge.
