Zelensky: Russian Attack on Evacuation Train Is a War Crime

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia’s attack on an evacuation train—which killed 52 people—was ”another war crime.” In a video address, Zelensky insisted Moscow would pay for the deaths of civilians. “All the efforts of the world will be aimed to establish every minute: who did what, who gave orders,” he said. The airstrike has not stopped Ukraine from running the trains to get as many people as possible out of the east as fighting intensifies.
