Bruce Wayne Wallis, a 51-year-old United Airlines pilot, was arrested and accused of running brothels in various apartment complexes in Houston. He allegedly ran a half-dozen brothel apartments with about six to ten women each. Wallis wanted the woman to pay him $400 a week for their work. 19 women were arrested for prostitution; no clients were taken into custody.
