The United States, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar have been clandestinely divying up funds to Syrian rebels who are targeting al Qaeda group the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Shams (ISIS) in Syria, according to sources speaking with The Telegraph. Washington does not directly give arms to rebels, but allegedly backs the Gulf States in their support, and has been handing out a monthly dole of $2 million to Western-friendly groups.
