After Usher's 5-year-old son nearly drowned in a pool on Monday, his ex-wife, Tameka Foster Raymond, filed an emergency request for primary custody. On Friday, a judge dismissed her request, keeping with the current custody order in which the R&B singer has primary care. Raymond claimed her ex-husband is an inattentive father and the children are looked after by incompetent caregivers, but Usher's lawyer argued he is a great dad and the pool accident could have occured under anyone's watch. Despite the drama, Usher gave his ex-wife a hug after the judge's ruling.
