George Huguely, 22, the UVA lacrosse player charged with killing fellow student and on-again, off-again girlfriend, had previously been tasered by a police officer during a violent outburst. Lexington, Virginia police officer R.L. Moff said she arrested Huguely in 2008 after she saw him stumbling through traffic after a fraternity party. Moff said Huguely became physically violent and threatened to kill her before she used her taser on him. "'He said: 'I'll kill you. I'll kill all of y'all. I'm not going to jail,'" she remembered. Huguely has been charged with the murder of Yeardley Love, also 22, a female lacrosse player at UVA.
