New footage from Syria shows women burning their burqas this week to celebrate being liberated from ISIS control in the northern city of Manbij. Manbij’s liberation also serves as a key strategic piece in the fight against ISIS, as the city sits along the route between the Turkish border and the militants’ stronghold city of Raqqa.
