A nasty divorce between WABC/Channel 7 weatherman Bill Evans and his wife, Dana, has taken a stormy turn now that both of them are claiming abuse. Both were arraigned on Tuesday for assault and disorderly conduct after a May 4 fight over car keys turned physical. Bill says his wife scratched his testicles and bruised him with a wooden coat hanger. Dana, who filed for divorce on May 2, says he shoved her and punched her in the face. The court ordered the two to stay away from each other. Their next court appearance is July 23.
