Melissa Thompson, who alleges that disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein raped her in 2011, told NBC News in an interview airing Wednesday that Weinstein “quickly shooed people out of the room and said ‘don’t interrupt, don’t interrupt,’ and then he locked the door to the office.” Thompson says she was at Weinstein’s office for a marketing pitch, and she alleges that Weinstein raped her inside his hotel room later that day. Weinstein has denied that he raped or sexually assaulted anyone. “I can barely talk about it now, it was so traumatic,” Thompson said.
