WikiLeaks announced Tuesday that it would offer a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the killer of Seth Rich, a 27-year-old Democratic National Committee staffer who was shot near his townhouse in Washington, D.C. last month. Police have said Rich was killed in an attempted robbery. Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Others still, The Washington Post reports, have said he could have been helping the FBI investigate wrongdoing in the 2016 presidential election. Rich’s father has said he’s offended by the “bizarre” theories.
