Woody Harrelson has officially signed on for the upcoming Star Wars Han Solo-focused prequel film, according to directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. The film, still untitled, will focus on the story of the young Han Solo, serving as a prequel to the original Star Wars trilogy. “His ability to find both humor and pathos, often in the same role, is truly unique. He is also very good at ping pong,” the statement posted on StarWars.com reads. Several sources previously reported that Harrelson was among Miller and Lord’s top picks to play Han Solo’s mentor.
