The Wounded Warrior Project has reportedly fired its CEO Steven Nardizzi and its COO Al Giordano after a CBS News investigation exposed the lavish spending practices of the leaders of the charitable organization. The allegations of spending malfeasance include using millions in donations for staff retreats and other costs at the expense of benefiting the veterans it is supposed to help.
