The code doesn’t add any major requirements or have enforcement measures, leaving compliance to each justice’s discretion.
He has agreed to meet with lawmakers but “brazenly and incorrectly” believes he’s free from any oversight, a Senate Judiciary Committee aide said.
“He is wrong,” said Sen. Dick Durbin.
