Bryan Storkel is an award-winning documentary filmmaker who loves quirky characters and is fascinated by religious topics. His first documentary, Holy Rollers was released by Warner Bros after playing at over 40 festivals and winning 10 Best Documentary Awards. He also executive-produced the documentary Little Hope Was Arson, which sold to PBS and The Orchard and will be released in theaters this Fall. He also edited The Internet’s Own Boy, which premiered at Sundance and was released in theaters this past summer.
Storkel's most recent film, Fight Church is a feature documentary about the confluence of Christianity and Mixed Martial Arts. The film follows several cagefighting pastors in a quest to reconcile their faith with a sport that some consider violent and barbaric. Fight Church is available now on most all On Demand and Digital HD providers.
