Cheyenne Blackburn is a youth justice advocate and a survivor of sexual assault. Cheyenne advocates for youth justice policy that centers the experiences and leadership of Louisiana’s most vulnerable youth, and was the 2020 recipient of the National Juvenile Justice Network’s Emerging Leader Award. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of New Orleans in Criminal Justice.
