Gwen Moore

U.S. Congresswoman Gwen Moore represents Wisconsin’s 4th Congressional District and serves as ranking member on the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Monetary Policy and Trade. She was the first African American elected to Congress from the state of Wisconsin.
