Meagan Forbes is director of legislation and senior legislative counsel at the Institute for Justice in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She works with policymakers nationwide to lift regulatory barriers to work. Prior to joining the Institute for Justice, she served as a judicial law clerk in the Minnesota Fourth Judicial District. She has a law degree from Louisiana State University.
