Nick Witney

Nick Witney is a Senior Policy Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), having previously served as the first Chief Executive of the European Defence Agency. His earlier career was divided between the U.K. diplomatic service and the U.K. Ministry of Defence where he served as Director-General of International Security Policy.
