Nikita Ramkissoon is a South African writer living in Sweden. She has a bit of a cat problem and plays the piano when she's not painting in her eternal endeavor to be Frida Kahlo. A women's rights activist who is obsessed with music, she tends to shout obscenities at misogynists in lyric form.
Sweden participated in the slave trade and has a shady history with racist pseudoscience—and even today, its Black citizens and other minorities are marginalized and excluded.
