T. Byram Karasu, M.D., is Silverman Professor and the University Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and Psychiatrist-in-Chief at Montefiore Medical Center.
He is the author of two novels Of God and Madness and Gotham Chronicles: The Culture of Sociopathy; a book of poetry, Rags of My Soul; and two best sellers The Art of Serenity and The Spirit of Happiness.
