Timothy Egan

Timothy Egan is a Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter ("How Race Is Lived In America) for The New York Times, where he writes a weekly column for The Opionator. He is the author of seven books, including Short Nights of the Shadow Catcher and The Worst Hard Times, which won the 2006 National Book Award for nonfiction.
