Sutherland Springs mass shooter Devin Kelley suffered three gunshot wounds, according to an official with the Texas Department of Public Safety. Two of the wounds were inflicted by a bystander, and one by Kelley himself. The self-inflicted wound was fatal. First Baptist Church neighbor Stephen Willeford said he heard a commotion next door, where Kelley killed 26 people and injured 20 more. Willeford confronted Kelley, and the two exchanged fire. Willeford and another man chased Kelley in a vehicle. Kelley apparently killed himself in his car several miles away. — Matt Briscoe
