Nicole Richie just couldn't contain her excitement for Halloween. On October 24, with the holiday only a few days away, she arrived at Who What Wear's "50 Style Stars" party in West Hollywood with a pair of lace cat ears on her head. The look, a clear nod to a sexy catwoman, foreshadows something big from Richie come October 31.

Always political, the Material Girl wore this Boy Scout costume to the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) Media Awards on March 17 as a critique against the Boy Scouts’s stance on gays. Cue The Little Mermaid theme song, “Under the Sea.” Between her red locks, the conch shell-like flower, and mermaid gown, Paloma Faith looks like our favorite Disney mermaid, Ariel, at the Ashish S/S 2014 show on September 14. All she needs to complete her look would be a crab with a Jamaican accent and a treasure trove filled with “gadgets and gizmos a plenty.”
