An American woman has been kidnapped from a national park in Uganda by four gunmen who are now demanding a ransom of $500,000, according to local police. She’s been named as Kimberley Sue Endecott, 35, and is believed to have been kidnapped along with her Ugandan driver. Endecott was on a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park on Tuesday evening when her vehicle was reportedly ambushed by four men brandishing guns. An elderly couple who were at the scene raised alarm to police. Cops believe the motive behind the kidnap is financial, mainly because the men quickly made their demand for the money using Endecott’s cellphone.
